Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Rijschool Briljant and its customers regarding driving lessons and related services.

By booking a driving lesson, you agree to these terms.

• Driving lessons are provided by qualified instructors with valid certificates.
• The duration of a standard driving lesson is 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.
• Students must be present on time at the agreed location.
• In case of late arrival, the lesson will not be extended and the full rate will be charged.

• Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
• For cancellations within 24 hours, 50% of the lesson fee will be charged.
• For cancellations within 2 hours or no-show, the full rate will be charged.
• Rescheduling is free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

• Payment must be made before or immediately after the driving lesson.
• We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.
• For lesson packages, the full amount must be paid in advance.
• Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of further lessons.

Rijschool Briljant is not liable for damage occurring during driving lessons, except in case of intent or gross negligence by the instructor.

Students are required to comply with traffic rules and instructor's directions.

• Exam registration is done in consultation with the instructor.
• Exam costs are borne by the student and are invoiced separately.
• If an exam is not passed, additional lessons may be necessary.

Complaints can be submitted by phone or email to the driving school.

We strive to handle complaints within 14 days.

Rijschool Briljant reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.
